So my plan was to ONLY take trades that present some type of divergence on the 377 tic chart. No matter if that was a pullback to the 13 OR the 50 EMA on the 1508.

It's been a bit slow, and haven't seen very many setups. But today there where two of them, and I just happened to not be around when they happened.

You may not have been around but it is good that you see the correct patterns. those would have been 2 excellent trades and if I see the chart correctly both would have achieved 21 ticks

Hi Charles,

On 1508 tick chart for ZigZag indicator.

What is your setting for "Use high and low"? True or False?

Thanks

Forestang-
How do you get those HH and LL printed on the chart. My Zig zag does not do it.
Thanks

@wireford

That's actually another Zigzag indicator. I have both on my chart as I was just trying to observe if it plotted any differently than the other one.

Has anyone looked a the code for both? It may not be a bug, but just that each indicator is using a different criteria or method to determine the swing points.

The ZigZagUTC doesn't have any logic for dealing with anomalies (and there are quite a few anomalies in price series). But I don't think indicator perfection is really the issue in this method (or any other, for that matter).

Besides PriceActionSwing, there's also the NinjaPriceAction indicator, which I believe was first developed for the AHG thread on ET.

I've been in search of the indicator that marks up the chart with the HH, HL, LH, LL,

which one is it, and to simplify the search, could you include it in your response or a link to it, whether its Elite, general session or on the Ninja downloads,

thanks in advance and also for your work in comparing the various zag series
