http://www.anymeeting.com/tradingmymethod/E158D78484

you want if you can to stay up to date with my videos, I have come to learn that these videos I produce automatically get deleted from the any meeting server 7 days after i make it. So in either case there should always be 7 videos you can watch

Have a good rest of the day

Good trading
Charles

LOL..... after reading your post, I had looked to see if the stock stoch indie offered a average, or low, or high or any option for calculation other than last.

I see it doesn't. I already modified the stoch indie to add a midline as I was tired of re adding it. I might as well add in the other options to calculate based off of other calculation options.

The stochastics calculation uses Highs, Lows and Closes; it isn't based on a single changeable input like an MA.

yes it was, I did not take it as we were very close to the days highs. Market looking very sluggish on the highs

We started off the day around 7:30 cst down nearly 100 points and this huge rally has been a 130 point swing off the lows, a period of congestion is probably in order

Charles

Why was it valid ? If i consider your rule that price needs to make a DB/DT with divergence if we get a lower/higher peak on the 377ticks. I don't want to cut the hair in four (French expression) but here we did not really get a DB.

EDIT: maybe you looked at the small bottom that was not picked by the zigzag indicator.

Congrats Charles on winnning the contest. Also, a huge mega thanks for sharing your method.

Anyone, I need clarification on the exit rule. Has there been a change to the exit rule:

9. Trade exit occurs if profit target of 21 ticks is reached or a candle closes back inside the cloud whichever comes 1st.

Or, is it simply each individuals own discretion?

Thanks,
emini

In one of the video he mentionned that if price reverses almost immediatly against you but still price closes below the trigger lines then you can still consider holding on your trade even if it implies price penetrates the cloud. In this case, price never closed above the triggerlines.

At the time of entry the triggerlines were spaced apart against you even though price broke through them with strength. This type of config oftentimes is followed by a snapback or retracement as price went too far too quick. So your guideline is the cloud and triggerlines.

I think you are referring to the trade at around 9:50 cst. I reference this trade in my video I posted. the last swing down by looking at the ZigZag alone it is a lower low but the down bar that makes the LL closed a tick lower than the prior swing on my chart

I have made reference in the past to ignore swings where a HH or LL is taken out by a single tick, this is usually just market noise, and what appears to be a slight LL or HH on the 377 turns out to be a dbl top or btm on the slower 1508 chart so do not give up on the potential signal because of a tick

Charles
