For the record, a trade reversal at 6:32 EST. Was taking my breakfast

Followed by a nice divergence for monpere

Thanks trendisyourfriend, but you missed the other 3 trades on that chart that I would have taken

Here is a trade i took on the Euro which i have marked using Charles's framework. I wanted to illustrate an advance signal. I show it here as i think it might help others as well as Charles. If you think it is distracting then i'll remove it.

We did get a signal which streched Charles's rules a bit when we broke below an ascending channel. We did not get a Lower Swing Low formation on the 1508 ticks chart but we did get a Lower Low and pullback formation on the 377 ticks chart. The entry confirmation occured on the Footprint and i illustrate the process i usually follow. Charles's approach does fit very well with this volume confirmation at entry.

When I took trades based on lower time frame I got a lot of losing trades. You must have a lot of screen time experience and skill to spot winnining trades. Thanks

You will find that with most methods, higher time frames will produce more reliable signals, but will typically increase the size of your stops for most methods. So, you have to find the balance point where acceptable reliability meets acceptable risk exposure for you.

I have it but i can't seem to be able to produce the same swing High/Low. Would you mind posting a screen capture of your settings for this indicator ?
