On YM, Russell, and NQ, if price just hits my Limit Order, I'm filled. Are the Currencies like that on CME?

Yes, order behavior is independent of product.

Yes, the DOM is similar thin as for the products you called and the chance for a fill is there.

But NO, because a touch at the price of your Limit-Order can never be a guarantee for a fill.
