This is not the start of a thread for discussion. I found this on a thread at FF, read it and thought it might be usefull for some people. Experienced traders will allready know all of it. There will be an attempt to sell you something on page 26 but it is very low key and it does not affect the information contained in the document.
I haven't see an updated one, maybe someone else knows better. Regardless, I think the general concept still applies and the best trading times really haven't change much, but overall volatility and the specifics of each instrument have and will change over time, so I wouldn't rely on those statistics.
