CTS T4 chart won't update

Sayounara Yokohama South Korea Posts: 120 since Nov 2012 Thanks Given: 100 Thanks Received: 81	neither my cts t4, or sierra chart with cts datafeed would update the charts. it was working just a few hours ago. does anybody else have this problem?

Can you help answer these questions
