My first post in awhile, and its an important and time sensitive one. I'm actually not expecting much help, due to the niche nature of the request, but any advice will be very much appreciated. . .
I'm looking for OHLCV data for CryptoCurrencies, specifically the lowest end of the time-increment range (1min bars, for example).
I'm willing to pay. Thanks in advance!

Perhaps one of the data vendor(s) would have it or you might check with the Sierra Charts support to see if they have access to all of the historical data.

I think you can get that info on Quandl, search for Bravo New Company - BNC.
