I will try to provide answers or additions here as much as I can. So far I hant heard or any errors, just incomplete. If there is a need to do another webinar I am sure we will be able to organize it in the future.

Mike, if you are interested in having new webinar focused on CQG Integrated Client please let me know and I will be happy to arrange for someone who knows the product in-depth to come in and do overview of the product.

Ok, I take my opinion back, the second part of the webinar was far from good. Mike, if you are interested in having new webinar focused on CQG Integrated Client please let me know and I will be happy to arrange for someone who knows the product better to come in and do a in depth overview of the product.

I will follow-up with you in a few months.

Mike

Has a new webinar with CQG IC been arranged?

The last CQG webinar was last week and focused on the Spreader.

If there is enough interest in IC, we can look at it for the next webinar.

I, for one, am interested in a webinar regarding CQG IC - platform and broker intergration (fuzzy on both at the moment).

I hope this is the discussion board to post this in. If not, please let me know.

Thanks for everything!

Hi Big Mike,

The webinar was quite disappointing. As often with CQG platform which is too heavy and too messy.

I only trade Commodities so TT or PATS are way much better. At least you can display more than 3 ladders on your screen!

It seems you are a great supporter of this platform tho, wonder if you are not a bit biaised?

best,
Gino

Attached is a CQG IC 13.5 screen showing more than 3 DOMs.
You just need to click on the DOMTrd button and you will get as many new DOM ladders on demand. And you can place and resize them as you like, even out of the main IC window ('window out of page' feature).

Anyway it's not clear whether you are using Pats Jtrader or something more sophisticated such as ProMark .
I'm a fan of TT XTrader too but that's a trading front end with added charts support (the x_study module). CQG IC was born as a charting package than later added trading GUI.

I saw a CQG IC running over a basic dual core CPU rig; would not say it's heavy.
Also you can make even TT heavy as you want. Add more and more ladders and especially x-study charts and you will see how many CPU clock time your Windows task manager has to record on those processes...
