There are many products that are traded on the CME, and not are suitable for retail traders which constitues the majority of the community here. This specific product would be more suitable for hedging and/or ClearPort execution.
This is not a metal to specualte on, IMHO.

I'll second Matt. There are literally 100s of products that CME (& ICE) clear that post Dodd-Frank are now regulated futures contracts but in reality are still off-exchange over-the-counter traded products that are mostly block cleared. I'd be very careful about getting into positions on any of these products, if the opportunity every arises electronically.
