Hopefully this won't be annoying, but I'd like it if you went back to where you see no setup, then talk about what you're noticing as you start to think a setup is coming then continue that right up till you see the setup and actually click the button.
Noting whether it was successful or not and maybe why not, in those cases, would be useful, too. I don't think you'd need to include the trade itself.
Yes..I'll try something like that. In fact, as I've mentioned in the past and on my webinar..I kind of do a running verbal commentary while I am watching the market, anyhow. This keeps my ADHD brain focused (lol) and in the moment. I talk about how fast price is moving, the volatility..what I perceive to be the immediate direction etc. So yes..I can include some of that stuff and say what I am thinking at various times during the session.
Is anyone watching NQ today? I'm trying to figure if my data feed is off..or has price suddenly done these 100-150 tick drops in 1 second..These crazy spikes down from an uptrend. Let me know if you have seen this too.
Yeah, I've seen these spikes as well. They happened at least two times and dropped NQ around 20-25 points....
I'm using Rithmic and CQG data feed, and it happened on both feeds.

Thanks! Just wanted to make sure it wasn't just with my feed. I was lucky on one trade it hit my target and then 1 tick later dropped about 150 ticks..lol
