I've looked extensively, but cannot find the calendar for crude oil options, to find out when options expiration day is. Specifically I've looked all over CME but can't find it. Pico was nice enough to inform me it was the fifth friday, but what about months without a fifth friday, etc... basically, I want to know when these days will be. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know?
Thank you Luke--I did not see the Options tab from the product calendar. But I thought it was on a Friday, and the last trade date is not on a Friday..?
Josh, the document behind your link is correct. CL Sept contract options expired last Wed on 17th. Equity options expire on Fridays (3rd Friday of the month). Futures contract options expiration schedule is different and schedule need to be checked separately.
