Ninja brokerage ... commission issues

Ninja brokerage ... commission issues

Hi everyone,

While Ninja provides a good platform for trading, their brokerage service is just horrendous. Please be aware that they will mysteriously increase commission and you will not even know it unless you read the PDF statement from Doorman or Philip Capital every night.

Please read your statement or at least reconcile the commissions from your platform with those in the statements. You'll be surprised with the commission discrepancies!

It's been a few days since I brought this to their attention and they have not responded to my multiple email inquires. Upon calling they say it will be fixed and it's still not fixed after 3 attempts.

So, please be careful. I trusted them which was my mistake.

I wonder if anyone else has had such experiences with Ninja brokerage or any other Introducing Brokerage? Any recommendations for new brokerage?

While I appreciate your willingness to finally address the matter (thank you), I would like others to keep an eye out for commissions charged by the brokerages on a regular basis.

Just because someone offers a good trading platform does not mean their brokerage service offerings are just as good.

An unannounced increase in commissions by even 6-7 cents without you even knowing is a surprise you never want.

Hello cantontrading, I just happen to find same problem with my commish. Looking into it. I bought ninja lifetime license in july 2015 so I have lots of digging to do . Any suggestions from you and anyone is appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help

Still the same issue with Ninjatrader Brokerage>Dorman! The following day, on Micro account and trade 6 lots (12 contract total), the was a deduction of 30USD. NT Brokerage support just send links for Dorman Brokerage ... Not really a good broker support!

I dealt with 2 particular individuals from Dorman Trading nearly 10 years ago now. My experience with them as a whole outfit was not good at all. It took too long IMO to resolve issues. On the counter, I know people who are very happy with their service.

I am not sure where the issues are in this particular instance but airing them on FIO is usually a good way to get things resolved in a timely fashion. Coming back and stating when and how things got resolved is also welcome too!
