Commodity's tick size/worth per.....

move, depending on the Commodity?

I am trying to find a Spreadsheet, that lists how much each " move/tick " is worth for all of the various Commodities , vs having to go to CME and look them all up individually.....
CL, GC, ZS,ZC,KC,OJ,LE,etc...

Some of the commodities have moves in the,
.0001 , .0005, .01 , .05 , .10 , $1 , $10 price ranges,
and it would be great to have a spreadsheet to look at , with all of this listed as a quick reference guide

I have been searching for a spreadsheet fir this, and have not found one , so I was hoping someone here on the futures.io (formerly BMT) forums could post or guide me to where I can find one

Also, while I'm thinking about it, since some commodities moves are .0001 of 1 cent,
what would be the best way to place " realistic " profit targets .... just use a 14 day period ADR ?

Thanks so much

Not a spreadsheet, but can easily be copied and pasted into a spreadsheet in about 5 seconds as I have done this before but did not save it.
