This has been a slow move down but the market has respected the previous TPO's high (one time framing) so far. Still looking for the gap fill which lines up at around the 2nd IB extension.

hugged this one a bit too tight, as we were still under the dvpoc.

oh, also, edge of d print on tpo, where we were still one time framing...i felt this was an extrteme, relative to the short bias, etc

OK, market finally hit my target/gap fill. Didn't want to see the market trade/separate away above from VWAP. Pretty low volatility day again here. CL Vix continues to drift lower as well.

Presenting the thesis that oil prices are being manipulated to the up side in violation of market realities. (Yawn...)

We just need to know how the market is (or might be) being manipulated. Don't get mad, get even.

Quoting
No Fundamental Reason for Oil to Move Higher

When is this country going to say enough is enough and start putting people in jail for this kind of blatant market manipulation? It is obvious that the Oil market is manipulated, oil has gone nowhere for five months because there is no reason for it to go anywhere, i.e., there are a ton of supplies on the market, no Middle East disruptions, Israel hasn`t attacked Iran, huge builds in gasoline products, no jump in demand.

That article I am sorry to say, like most others on ZH is BS, plain and simple. I don't know who the writer (Econ matters) is but clearly he has never gone past the superficial in his research of the O&G exploration, extraction and production business.

I say that because I spent 15years in that industry in exploration, appraisal and development wells as a drilling and production engineer (in about 16 countries - from the frozen north in Yukon to the Cooper basin in Australia and a good portion in between), I still maintain contact with folks actively working in the sector.

A rudimentary search will tell you that his un-sophisticated attempts to pander to the conspiracy types that frequent ZH are in direct contradiction to his own agenda that he pushed in this presentation a while back where listed factors that would keep oil at higher prices (QE3, historical CL correlation with risk assets et al). Look to the end of this presentation.

I urge you to go through the past nonsense this "team" has printed. Here is the list - this is the sort of trivial garbage that passes off as research these days.

EconMatters

I believe he even uses this chart somewhere to suggest that oil is somewhat cor-related to risk assets, if you go by that reasoning oil should be higher not lower.

No, I think this is not normal.

Perhaps the wrong session templates?

@TempletonPeck

What data feed are you running?

I have AMP CQG

I just read some were that they do not supply live continuous contract feed data

If i keep reloaded my Cl ##-## data it does update historically...but not real time :-@

Currently Kinetick, eSignal, IQFeeed and Barchart will offer continuous contracts within NinjaTrader

SO just curious what data feed your running..

Im thinking of getting the Kinetick feed for some time now

Didn't really get to my level after the open. Now we are gunning for the NVPOC and other levels on the downside. Looks like a down day, but I will wait for price to tell me the story.

We got a gap down/open out of balance with initiative selling/opening drive lower. Pretty quick drop lower so I waited for a pullback to the RTH VWAP. We're having a hard time with the ON low here. See how it goes.
