i watched the video again,and if i hear myself say relative one more time!oy....anyway, i feel these videos can be very helpful,as i can listen to my thought process,and see the good and bad.Today was a bit of both.For sure, the shorts i took were good, although the management wasnt...Ill iron that out...

the charts in the video are easy enough for me to see, however, i need to be better prepared off the open,and be aware of the levels.Seeing the trades in real time obviously needs to happen.Its slowly coming along, imo,but as with most things for me, it takes time.

Also, i was thinking about posting the videos in my journal,as opposed to here.I dont want to clutter up the thread with my ramblings...have a great weekend

On bottom left of every post under user profile, if the user has a journal there is a journal icon that will take you to it.

Here is what i saw this morning

I went to hit the sell side @ 94.07`s and because i was connected to my kinetic data feed 1st

I got an execution error because ninja trader was trying to send the order though that feed and not my AMP broker feed! :-@

The market rotated higher on the open to a key reference area closing out a POC area and hitting the a ledge of TPOs from 01/10/2013, se then saw responsive sellers sell the market through Vwap down to the 2nd Dev Vwap area leaving me on the side lines

Plan now is to wait for a retracment and wait for a possible sell in b period if we see a continuation from the sellers

in retrospect, the short was correct, but timed incorrectly....i didnt take the following swing hi at the dvah, because of the HL just below dvpoc

Guys, you aren't going to find an easier set up than what we had at the open. Open out of range. tested the naked POC which was rejected. Perfect initial short. We then closed the gap, came up to RTH VWAP as the IB period completed, that's an add. We're now in an expansion run and testing Friday's levels.
