I was expecting to see more of a pull back into yesterdays range before we saw responsive buying
At the moment im trying to short the Ledge from 1/2/2013

Yes i should have looked for the long at the open, but i hesitated.....
Then started to conflict what was going to happen
1st mistake this morning
I got my 1st scale out off the highs of the LVN area
Im looking for a re visit of yesterdays range now possibly

I have applied for a ToS account to do my longer term analysis and for futures longer term swing trades

No worries, you don't need to set up an account with them to get accurate bigger picture analysis. You just need to plug into the Kinetick end of day feed and use the continuous contract. It will give you the same result. I've compared the two and that is what I found. Besides, you can actually control the intra-day session length correctly (330 minutes) vs. their arbitrary way of doing it.
