If you start increasing the number of
contracts , people will come after the liquidity of your stops with 15 ticks.
scalping only during large order flows, during big moves?
Can you help answer these questions

I would assume this might not be an issue if you are
scalping only during large order flows, during big moves?

range of tens or hundreds of millions of dollars. When someone says they're a multimillionaire I assume their net cap is under 10 million, much less 500 million. It's just a connotation I owe to the word considering you hear it so much because people like to say it when initially reached because it's something to be proud about.

technically yes. I'm assuming the threshold to nudge the market and sustain a small move would probably require in the
range of tens or hundreds of millions of dollars. When someone says they're a multimillionaire I assume their net cap is under 10 million, much less 500 million. I read somewhere a tick size amounts to $100m trade ... not sure if this is a leveraged amount...or a straight $100m order

So that means that your average, or even wealthy, retail trader has almost no effect on most tick movements.

EST to noon I think you're right. As the day wears on (unless there's an API or EIA report) I think the quantity you can buy/sell (without having a partial fill) is less.
