Time for a nap.

I have a buy to cover 2 at 85.73. That would leave me net short two.

Keep your mind in the future, in the now.

Starting a trip down?

The 50 EMA just crossed the 200 EMA in the 5 min chart and the bands on the 15 are expanding, my 4HR chart also shows overbought levels. HH, LL, LH, then another LL. Pivot is at 86.75.

Quote from JoshDance:

Today was such a weak up day. However, we stayed above the VWAP all day long, and the bears were even weaker than the bulls. We aggressively established new value, back into the area established two weeks ago, and have not broken that value yet. We will have to move and close strongly below the 86.20s for me see a longer-term bearish scenario.

The part in bold is most important IMO. Here is a picture that I posted a little earlier (around 12:30pm) on yet another forum that gives a visual of what I was thinking.

Due to time constraints, please do not PM me if your question can be resolved or answered on the forum.

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.

Once more a try at 89.51 - looks like it would have been a good intraday day trade today 89.51 to 88.65

I have ES to potentially move to challenge the earlier high of this morning at 9:20CT, (so CL may do the same?)

Order to sell 1 Oct contracts at 89.51

11:51 starting to rise ...
funny as soon as I think I'm likely to get a fill I start to think of moving the sell price higher.

pushed it up a bit (89.81) CL can really move - probably pull it back down if it fails here
Price now 89.33

Keep your mind in the future, in the now.
