InteractiveBrokers IB data feed error with SB (sugar)
You can backfill all instrument via Kinetick for historical EOD and Zenfire for historical intraday data by doing it this way. This includes SB and ZF.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Just tried to do it with a 60 minutes chart of SB and did not get any backfill. But maybe is due to the fact that the exchange is closed now? Will try on Monday. Thank you for your help.
Make certain you are connected only to Zen Fire. If you still get no backfill, check your Log tab in Control Center to make sure the Zen Fire historical servers (NinjaTrader) aren't down.
If you still get no backfill, it is likely because NinjaTrader is not recording data for this instrument. You'll need to submit a ticket to them and request they add the instrument to the historical database, but it will only start recording from the day they agree to do so.
