I'm using for the moment IB quotes with Multicharts. Over the weekend, i put my Multicharts to work on database, not live data.
When i started looking at charts this morning, I realised that i'm missing about 10 hours of data. Is there any solution to recuperate those or i need to clear all instruments and re-install them after.

Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Yes i did it. After a long chat with IB, they realised that my TWS and Java was outdated. I did unload and reload these applications and all came back ok. But, to my eyes, it is the same as canceling all quotes name and reload them.
I'm pretty sure that the problem will come back as IB does't seem to put is energy toward quotes delivery. Strange also that IB or MC is not monitoring software application versions.
