What is going on with Ninja today????? I have sent multiple emails that I cannot login to my account. I realize it's a holiday, but the market has been open for several hours and still no reply.
Error message every time. Tried on two computers - same thing. Trace file show login to CQG is the problem.
SOMEONE PLEASE READ YOUR SUPPORT EMAILS.

I am sorry for your poor experience. When I saw this (and prior) posts, I escalated immediately and was told that our team was in touch with you this morning and your case is resolved. Please let me know if this is not the case.

I have this same problem this month where my login suddenly no longer works with ninjatrader7 sometime last week.

EDIT: Ok, email support got back to me and gave me a new id and login for the continuum feed with CQG. Still not working quite right where there is no realtime data working. But getting the login process back working with ninjatrader7 is resolved so far.
