NTB ACH for EU costumers

Hi, i am using ninjatrader brokerage and assuming that i am from EU, which ACH should i use to easily transfer money to this ACH bank via UPN SEPA from my bank and then withdraw from NTB to ACH and use VISA of this ACH bank to spend. Is it Charles Swab for EU costumers? Or some other? Thank you and best regards.
