What is the typical fee per k per side?Interactive Brokers , $0.25 - 0.85 /k +plus exchange, regulatory & carrying fees. I assume per side.NFA fees, routing fees etc.
Can you help answer these questions

The Ninjatrader prices are per side and per contract . I don't know what you mean by "per k".https://www.tradovate.com:443/pricing/ ), is one you haven't mentioned. the Commission Rates download on that page is also per side.
