Very much not impressed by this presentation. The biggest turn OFF was the fact that there is no overnight broker support (unless client goes directly to the clearing firm) and the technology solutions for many using Sierra TT order routing is not ready. Looks very raw and NOT ready to accommodate serious traders.
We appreciate your comments and concerns regarding Edge Clear.
We think there may be some confusion. Our brokers and trader support team is not available on a 24 hours basis. We will be able to do this in the future with your support. Our brokers are normally available between 8:30 am EDT through 5:30 pm EDT.
However, we do provide access to a 24 hour emergency trade desk for those who need it. In the meantime, questions relating to support can be handled by Edge Clear's support center 24 hrs a day, every day.
As for Sierra/TT order routing, this can be made available to those who want it. The best way to address this is for you to call and for us to assign a personal broker to you who will help answer your questions and concerns. You can always reach us at +1.773.832.8320 or 1.844.TRADE20
We are already accommodating serious traders and have been serving online traders for over 8 years. Our offering will only get better with everyone's support.

Ok, please give me one good reason to switch from Advantage or Infinity. What do you guys offer that will dramatically change my experience and make it worth while? I am already getting significant discount on commissions and NOT interested in hunting few pennies....
Glad you are seeing beyond just bartering for lower commissions. It sounds like you are experienced enough to know that there are many components to the markets and to trading as there are to brokerage and clearing. The team goes beyond being just brokers.
