Guys, I'm looking at several brokers including Optimus/Vision for opening an account.

1. What is the relationship between Optimus and Vision ? Are they the same company ?
2. Are their commissions competitive with Deep Discount Trading's ?

Optimus is an IB of Vision. Vision is the FCM.

You can drop me an email and ask these questions. Matt (AT) Optimusfutures.com
Vision is a clearing firm and we are the introducing broker.

As for commission: we try to do the best considering feed and service.

I find it ODD the your first post is a comparison between brokers.

my first day here trading with Optimus and very pleased with my experience. I feel relieved when i know I've got someone to talk to, to quickly solve my problems when something happened.

I don't know Matt working hours or even if he is a real human because he always seems ready to be reached at his skype anytime

joking aside, i never received such a quality service for retail clients like me at any brokers i have ever made an account with.

regarding commissions, their ALL-IN rt rate are fair and actually better than some other broker without having to negotiate in the first place.

overall very happy with Optimus.

cheers

My overall experience with Matt/Optimus and Vision is also very positive. Very little downtime, problems are solved quickly, and great customer service.

@mattz
Love the service but I got a question. I've been taking baby steps to trade during the London open but I realized I need to have a plan in place for the small chance I lose by internet connection or computer problem. Is there someone I could call at those hours to flatten a position or do I call Vision?
Thanks
Bobby

We accommodate commissions and margins based on platform, frequency of trading, and initial deposit.
I promise to be competitive and accommodate your needs.

I can also vouch for Optimus (and more specifically Matt) being great to trade with.

Matt has been very quick and helpful with all queries I had and yesterday remotely connected to my PC to sort a feed issue which was completed very quickly.

I'm using Multicharts with the Rithmic feed and so far find them combined with Optimus to be a solid trading setup.

Since I use Rithmic for majority of my platforms, one of the risk parameters allows us to specify an overall amount you want to quit at. For example, let's say you $5K, and you want to have a stop at $1,500 and then quit.
At that point, the system will go flat according to my understanding.

Matt

...so what did you mean by "but not on a daily basis" you posted above in a previous message ?

Reading your post could mean simply that the account will be blocked from trading when the customer loses $3500 and reaches the $1500 threshold, flattening out the positions.

This is only a special case vs an intraday stop of e.g. $300 on a 5K account that concerns the current session only.

Could you please clarify?

That is correct, we cant set it on daily basis.
We can set to flatten it once is reaches X and then reset it again upon request.

@paulg, I suggest that instead of coming to this thread and asking questions to things I posted a while back, just call me and I would be more than happy to conduct a conversation ( as lengthy as necessary) to explain how we operate.

Opened up an account with Optimus. I wanted to use Sierra Charts and had some concerns over data accuracy with the footprint chart using Rithmic.

Matt was quick to get me a trial with Rithmic and Sierra and Sierra did a head to head comparison of Rithmic and DTN IQ Feed. The results are below.

I found Rithmic to be reliable and accurate and it is included as part of the Optimus plan for free. I think you will find the Rithmic combination with your trading platform a good fit.

I also think you will find Matt responsive to your needs..

From Sierra Charts on Optimus Forum:

Rithmic and SC and Numbers Bars

"We have good information to share about this. We have compared Rithmic data and the enhanced historical data available to Optimus Futures customers, to DTN IQ Feed data. We see an exact 100 percent match with Numbers Bars. Please see the attachments.

ESH3-CME Rithmic symbol
@ESH13 IQ Feed symbol

The reason we compared to IQ Feed is because it is a known good reference data feed for comparison since it provides tick by tick data and accurate best bid and ask prices with each trade. "

Charts attached.

Made the decision to open an account with Optimus just over a month ago. Having dealt with many brokers in the past, anywhere from "full service" to online discount brokerages, let me say the team at Optimus is first class. The transition has been seamless. While getting used to a new platform and dom (Sierra) has taken a little time, Matt Z and his team have been more than helpful every time I've called in to them. From my experience, there couldn't be a better setup.

Anyone else with Optimus having trouble connecting via rithmic this weekend? I need to do some backtests but have been only able to connect once for a few minutes today. Issue started after market close yesterday.

"The day I became a winning trader was the day it became boring. Daily losses no longer bother me and daily wins no longer excited me. Took years of pain and busting a few accounts before finally got my mind right. I survived the darkness within and now just chillax and let my black box do the work."

@Big Mike it will go off and on for a few minutes on weekends but it has been down almost 20 hours from me. That is rare and the last time it happened I was into the open on Monday morning and still not up. I am trying to get ahead of the curve and not miss the Monday open. I have been very happy rithmic as the problems are rare but market is giving me a lot of good trades right now. I wish they would throw message out on twitter or something when down for more than a few minutes.

After market close is when Rithmic must have stated its regular weekend maintenance.
I suggest to try tomorrow after lunch time as I am pretty confident it will resume.
Optimus will check connectivity on Sunday market open and report about the Rithmic connectivity.

If one must do back testing on NinjaTrader on the weekends when Rithmic is down,
maybe having a backup data like Kinetic could help.
I don't want to get into a discussion about Kinetick, this is just a suggestion.

Thank you.

Yes, there is one. BUT, we are in the testing mode now with the NinjaTrader team and Optimus team.
We will release it when we feel that customer could trade on it without any glitches, delays, etc
Your patience is appreciated.

I am in the same boat notebookled.

I have sent Matt three emails and he has ignored them all.

Can anyone who uses Optimus Futures please tell me if there are any platform costs involved with Ninja and CQG feed?
Or for Ninja users, what feed do you use?

Currently I use AMP and get it for free.

Cheers.

Cheers.

You make it sound like I never responded to any of your emails when in fact I have.
As for CQG: We will NOT use CQG Via NinjaTrader directly but will offer a data feed that will allow foreign markets.
When we have an announcement, I will let everyone know.

Lastly, there is no such thing as free data feed.
Data feeds you trade through have a routing fees that are factored into the commissions.

Thank you,

Matt

We do not know who you are in emails so we don't respond any faster because of futures.io (formerly BMT).
We are here because so many people alert me when we have something on our brokerage thread.
You can always use Skype support in the case you are overseas (OptimusTradingSupport)

That is bloody bizarre then.

I got no response to the three emails I sent last week (after you responded to my first one promptly on Wednesday) and then within 20 minutes of me making my post on this forum I got a response to my emails.

Must be a coincidence!

Just recently opened an account with Optimus, gotta say Matt and Jennifer were very helpful and answered all my questions, both thechnical and account related.
I explained Matt how I was coming from Thinkorswim, that is pretty much a whole package. So I was a little confused about dealing with separate brokers, feeds and platforms.

It was a breeze opening the account, they even put me in contact with Ninjatrader.

Optimus customer service is excellent, I just started using them so I can't speak much about the technical aspects, but I don't expect any less.

Is anyone who's using the Rithmic data feed through Optimus having trouble?

I have been connected all day with no problems then at about 12.16pm Chicago time the feed has frozen. No price movement at all. No nothing.

Have re-started Multicharts and connected/re-connected but no resolution.

My Internet connection is fine tested on speedtest.net at 40Mbs so not sure what the problem is. Have emailed Matt/Jennifer and waiting to hear a reply but wondered if I am alone or if others have Rithmic issues?

I have some type of issue going on with Ninjatrader. My feeds froze then NT stopped working. Matt sent out a bulletin about yesterday about Rithmic upgrading its security certificate and it causing some issues. The solution for NT seems to be a reinstall which I really don't want to do. As of this moment I can't even start NT. They may not be related but looks like may be.

Oh yeah I suppose it could be related to that, though I just checked the email and it doesn't mention Multicharts, only Ninja and RTrader. Who knows but the feed has been down about 2 hours now...

Do you happen to know of any website that has the Rithmic network status on it? There own site doesn't seem to have it (or much else) but I would have thought they would have such a thing seeing as it would be useful to clients and 100% related to their service!? In fact it would be very strange if they didn't have it!

I am not aware of any place to get network status. Although I agree could be very useful. It is rare it goes down though. I am reinstalling now will report back if feed is working again.

@piposaurus some markets closed early for the Holiday which is probably why you are seeing data freeze. My issue was with NT and unrelated.

See this fix from NT Support yesterday for @TrendTraderBH with same issue (post #14), involves reverting to NT7.0.1000.13.

Good luck.

Since opening an account with Optimus I have found their service to be good. Matt and Jennifer are helpful and reply to your queries.

I chose them along with the Rithmic feed and Multicharts both of which I like... when they work.

On a regular basis I have had issues with the software/feed and once again this morning the data is not loading. This has happened numerous times. I have even had continuous problems with the "Sim" feed (for a year it doesn't update the correct P/L figure in real time). There are no error messages so I have no idea what the issue is and it feels like something like this happens once a week.

Problem is as there is no network status anywhere for Rithmic, either on their website or Optimus's so I can't simply check online if that's the issue. This would take seconds and stop me having to email them every week when I experience an issue.

There are no software errors appearing from Multicharts however I have "repaired" the software using the installer but it's not helped.

Rithmic was down a few Mondays ago, there were no emails to their customers and you are simply left in the dark if there is an issue. I found out about the problem through Multicharts support but if I hadn't contacted them there was no way for me to find out what was wrong.

For something as serious as trading you would have thought they would contact their clients to let them know or at the very least have a status page. This is 2013 and making a website with such simple information on can be done by a 5 year old.

Again please know that I am not necessarily complaining about Optimus themselves, however my experience using their recommended partners with this combination of feed and software (both of which are supposed to be industry leading) is very frustrating and simply not good enough so far.

Coming from a Forex Spot market background using Metatrader and a free broker feed from Aplari, I very very rarely (if ever) encountered such problems so this is quite shocking to me and not what I'm used to.

I'd be interested to hear if others have problems with Rithmic and in particularly when using it with Multicharts?

Thanks

Update - I have emailed Optimus, Multicharts and Rithmic (their sales email is all I could find) and will report here.

Hi @piposaurus,

I use Rithmic with Sierra Chart and with R|Trader and never had any feed problems except during weekend maintenance.

Thanks for your input. Matt @ Optimus also said he never experiences issues with Rithmic which makes me wonder what the cause of my issues actually are.

It was Multicharts support that told me Rithmic was down a few weeks ago, though I wonder it they just used that as an excuse to cover up their own problems...?

Thought I'd upload a screenshot showing my lack of data.

You can see the live Rithmic feed - "Rithmic 01" not connecting with an amber colour connection dot in the top-left. The "Rithmic Local Sim" tab shows a green connected dot however data is still not loaded onto the chart...

The amber connection tab led me to believe it was a feed issue seeing as it won't connect live or even load data from the Sim account...?

piposaurus, I have the exact same problems that you do with Rithmic Data and Multicharts. Very frustrating and actually very novice on the part of each of them. I'm beginning to get fed up with the lack of professionalism with each of the two.

I suspect the problem is that Rithmic just expired some certificates. For NinjaTrader, the resolution is to update to the latest version. Here is the advisory we issued a few weeks back on this:

Guys, I am calling the different parties to see if they have upgraded to the latest SSL certificates by Rithmic.
Rithmic did contact the different parties and let them know that this will occur.

NinjaTrader has upgraded first, now I have to see if other parties have done the same as well.

I am sorry for the frustration and will keep you posted.

Just FYI to all interested I had the latest version of NT and when the advisory first came out had no problems but a few days latter NT started having problems. So I did a reinstall and everything working fine now. If on Rithmic I would suggest a reinstall even if you are not currently having problems.

That being said I find rithmic / NT combo to be very stable and reliable aside from an occasional issue. I have found it to have less problems than previous feeds I've used. I do wish they had an alert system to inform traders when there is an issue with feed.

It would be good if Multicharts had pop-up messages for things like this like NJ does.

Maybe I'll send them an email to see if the feature can be added?

ok, I finally have a few minutes to sit and write...

Rithmic has updated their SSL security certificates, and that in effect has caused SOME of the users to experience login issues. Since the majority of our customers uses NinjaTrader, this is when i first heard of the issue and have resolved it with the teams at Rithmic and NinaTrader.

This has unfortunately affected other platforms, and quite frankly I did not know that it would affect other platforms (such as MC, Trave Navigator, etc) at the time I fixed that with the NinjaTrader team. This is the first that I hear about the feed's SSL certificates expiring on a feed.

Now, I also run in my office NinjaTrader,MC and others and NONE has been affected.
Therefore, when the Rithmic issue occurred I could not see that coming as none of my platforms have been affected.

Further investigation led me the fact that Rithmic did email the different platform parties of these changes, and they knew that these changes would take place. I was not informed, otherwise I would have made the necessary steps to inform everyone. I am not in the blame game, rather I will try and coordinate with the different parties if such occurrences were to happen in the future.

I did receive customers from futures.io (formerly BMT), therefore I feel obligated to come and give support here.
In fact, I think I am the only broker that comes here and try to support, give pragmatic insight, and help in the same spirit and culture of futures.io (formerly BMT). However, that does not mean I have to endure the comments of us or our partners as "unprofessional" "even a 5 year old..." "bloody Bizarre"....(as you can read on this thread).
If your goal is to impress others here with your issues, that is fine, but please keep in mind that I am here to help and offer practical solutions to tech issues, and I will not respond to any one who is deviating from that.

We at Optimus always want to get new customers, BUT it is just as equally important for us to maintain what we have and support in any way we can. Markets are hard enough, let's help one another in a good spirit and remember that all parties involved when malfunctions happen only seek to help and resolve things ASAP.
Rithmic, NinjaTrader, etc have been nothing but great during this time and dealt with EVERY customer

Good night and remember ...I do listen and react to your suggestions.

Thanks. The suggestion I hope you listen and react to is getting Rithmic to put up a network status page. I recall you watching a basketball game with the owner of Rithmic in Chicago a year or so ago - perhaps you can bend his ear and let him know that having a network status page should be high on their "things to do" list. That page should also list all scheduled maintenance times as well. Since there are multiple variables involved (our own hardware, router, firewall, our isp and their infrastructure, our trading platform and their infrastructure, our data providers, etc. etc.) it helps to be able to rule out as many potential culprits as possible - as quickly as possible. Again, thanks.

I recall you watching a basketball game with the owner of Rithmic in Chicago a year or so ago - perhaps you can bend his ear and let him know that having a network status page should high on their "things to do" list.

Good Memory @timefreedom
realistically, I would do it before they would....maybe add that to our site.
Thanks for the suggestion.

I use MultiCharts with Optimus Futures and I have the latest version of MC. (There was a previously mentioned problem with getting data from Rithmic because of expired certificates with non-updated MultiCharts versions.)

Today, I cannot get current data for ES, GC, 6E, 6B. CL is OK. But the other 4 will not give current data.

I have tried the Settings of 'Default', '24 hours' and '24/7'. Sometimes the data will refresh to the latest time -- other times not. I have also used each of those Settings and done a 'Reload all data'. Sometimes it renews the data to the current time -- other times not. But the main thing is that I receive NO data once the Settings or Reloads are completed.

I just don't understand it. Is it me or Rithmic? Things worked pretty well until this morning. Then all day I've had this problem. Is anyone else having the same problem?

That sounds like an interesting issue seeing as you can get data for some markets and not others.

My feed seems to be ok right now using MC and Rithmic so maybe get Matt to connect to your machine remotely for him to check out?

The problem was me. Alex of MC worked on things for awhile, then closed MC and re-opened it. All worked fine then. This hasn't happened before to me, but in the future now I'll close the program every couple of days and then reload.

Hello,

I usually use minutes chart to trade ES, last couple days, I tried tick chart, NT7 platform, Rithmic data feed, many bars will change after reload historical data, including high/low and bar shape, anyone else has this issue? And what is your solution?

Thank you for your advice.

That's probably because NT uses its internal server for the backfill using data that is different than your realtime feed.

Manualtrader, paulg is correct. This is likely because when you reload historical data it will request it from NinjaTrader's servers. This can mean small discrepancies between your real-time data and what will backfill as historical data after the reload since tick charts can vary a little bit.

One thing you can do is save your real-time data as historical. This can be done by the following steps:
  1. Go to Control Center>Tools>Options>Data Tab
  2. Click on the checkbox for 'Save chart data as historical'
  3. Click 'OK'

However, I believe in some cases, depending on how much data you're requesting, it can still reload it from the server. I would recommend trying either and see what seems to work best for you.

Guys, due to the legal nature of this I have to edit my first reply, I respectfully ask that all matters of concern could be addressed with me via matt (AT) optimusfutures.com.
I can provide you with public records as far as Vision's strength as an FCM.

Thank you for the question. This is absolutely the same company.

We maintain a number of different websites for different purposes, for example the main one you mentioned first shows our entire slew of products such as online trading, managed, hosting, systems, and our broker assisted phone execution.
On the other hand a site Tick to Trade is a site we have dedicated to the Rithmic connectivity so people can try out the different demos. We even have a site dedicated to NinjaTrader+Rithmic called TradersPlatform (Google it).

I am sorry if there is any confusion but we thought that a number of sites would separate the specific services people are looking for. However, as I mentioned, they are all under Optimus Trading Group.

Matt,

Any reason why you do not reply to emails at all or very quickly these days? Do you have an increased workload that prevents you in doing so?

When I initially contacted you about a year and a half ago you were very responsive and helpful however, recent emails have either been replied to over a week later or not at all which doesn't fill me with confidence.

Kind Regards

EDIT - have just requested Vision's public records as above by email.

I am sorry you feel this way. We actually add staff for technical support.

I see that your last email to me directly has been in July according to my records.
You have our Skype OptimusTradingSupport that we have set up for international customers.
You have used it in the past and aware that you can reach us that way as well, and I see that we did
not have a message from you for six months on it.

Also, you have the ability to call us directly in the event that you see emails are not sufficient.
I have replied to your email.
Thank you for your understanding and please reach out again any time needed.

I just wanted to let everyone know that my migration from Mirus / RCG to Optimus / Vision is now complete. I started the process last Thursday and I just completed a test trade on the new platform. After I executed 1*1 I rang the Optimus trade desk to verify the position, they were quick and responsive and confirmed that the position was as expected. I also logged into the Vision portal and confirmed the same. I will extend my gratitude to Optimus for their very fast and positive response to my situation. Everyone I have dealt with over there has been awesome. They even sent me a hug back when I e-hugged them. Cheers Matt, you guys rock.

Oh, and while I was waiting for the funds to be moved Matt set me up with a demo account and so far the data feed has been stable, no disconnects, and as fast as I would expect...

This is a note to let everyone know that Optimus Futures is in the process of becoming a futures.io (formerly BMT) site sponsor again.

There will be a webinar that covers the products and services offered by Optimus Futures soon.

I have never really had a problem with Mirus. I have been following this thread. I haven't been able to trade since the new year started from the issues with Zenfire. After much consideration, I have decided to move money from Mirus to a new broker. I really appreciate all the posts and have learned so much from everyone. I am grateful. Many people have commented on how good Optimus is. I have yet to read anything negative about them, so I just called their customer service number to leave a message as it was late (9pm EST). To my surprise a gentlemen named Matt answered the phone. He was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. He addressed all of my concerns and exceeded my expectations. WOW!! Now I can relate to what others have been posting. Thank you all for sharing your experiences for others to learn from. I will be a new Optimus account holder soon! Customer service is truly the key. And Matt, if you are reading this, you are the best! Thank you so much for your time and wonderful assistance. God bless! Rick

I want to say a huge thank you to Matt and his team, for being always there for us in this trying times. Your company has shown what a great organisation and great leadership is about.

I sent a PM to Matt and got a response within 5 mins and he explained everything to me and guided me through to make an informed decision.

And from reading the threads i don't know how you do it and amazingly you always ensure that your customers and members of futures.io (formerly BMT) get the best support with your products and services so I thank you so much about it.

I hope that you will continue to serve your customers with great appreciation and enthusiasm.

Great customer care are hard to find and your company has risen above expectation and delivered excellently.

Do get some sleep as seems like you have been working around the clock.

Thank you very much.

Here is another nod to a brother.

@mattz seems to have a pretty cool shop. They also seem to be tech hounds,
like most of us. They actually appear to enjoy digging into the software they support.

I'm happy with my current broker, but it's cool knowing you have a soft place to fall if the unthinkable happens.

I recieved help from Matt at Optimus a couple of times and I am not even a customer there !
Being a customer at Vision already, he was not interested in me moving my account to optimus, nor would he. He assisted me with no outside motive to move there.

I was impressed.

I have an account at Vision and AMP.

I have noticed many times that they are very professional and dedicated at Optimus.

I remember a while back I had a technical issue that I couldn't figure out, and Matt and one of his associates conference called me. The problem turned out to be on my end with my modem and router..but they spent a large amount of time making sure I was up and running. They really went above and beyond what any broker I have used in the past would do.
Also, as I have stated on this thread before, the executions and fills I get have been excellent at all times.

There is NOTHING more rewarding for me and my staff than seeing this. Thank you all for your kind words and positive feedback. I would much rather earn your goodwill by dedicating my time and resources to helping you over paying for glossy ads . I will make a statement on this thread at the end of the month addressing things that are important for traders. Again, I appreciate EVERY SINGLE one of you and I hope to maintain such good rapport for the years to come.

Just ended a conversation over the phone. Matt called me and introduced me to Optimus.

It's nice to hear from the president of the trading firm you're doing business with and I really appreciate that he spent the time and shared with me some tidbits he thought would be valuable. He also let me know that if I needed anything new or different in terms of service (platform or datafeed), that he'd be able to give me a hand or refer me to one of his staff.

I'm in the province of Quebec, Canada and they do open accounts for residents.

From what I've noticed so far is that the customer care team may be small, but it's also the same people, which means employee turnover is low, so that's a good thing in a company.

Good work Matt and may the coming year bring you much satisfaction and excitement.

I completely subscribe to that, Jessica is great and she's doing a fantastic job.

IMHO, her 'back office' work should be appreciated here as well.

Matt is very attentive, and answers all questions in a timely and professional manner.

I am happy with the decision I have made. I highly recommend Optimus for someone looking for an alternative.

Thanks Matt.

There seem to be 2 Optimus threads (Optimus Futures ... and... Optimus Futures and Vision Financial), so I wanted to make sure to post to both.

I sent Matt a PM and he called me within 5 minutes and went over commission rates, application process, etc.

Completed the online application at 4:30 pm CST. So far, so good!

It will be nice to trade again, after having not been able to do so for about 3 weeks, now.

So far I'm with Optimus since 3 years and I don't have problem with them, Matt give me a good service at the beginning and never get problem since.

Rithmic is solid and I didn't have any problem with.

I wanted to say something about Optimus. I have had trouble saying very much "nice" recently, long story, but in this instance I have nothing but good things to share.

The Rithmic feed feels just like ZenFire did, I have tried it scalping and targeting, size and not, using all sorts of order fill methods, all zero lag.

I have called Matt a few times to go over some things, every time he stays with me until my questions are all answered.

The Vision Financial daily report is on schedule, same as Dorman's was. And Optimus has client portal that is a nice option.

The leverage is lower than at Mirus, but that is not a problem, and would serve a lot of traders well to stay at lower leverage.

Thanks to @mattz for helping me get settled again.

Got my SIM (Demo) Rithmic key today, whilst awaiting the account application approval / funding.

Spoke with Matt early this am. to get started. I had one disconnect at 8:23, but realized I may need the latest version of NT, so downloaded v21, reconnected & stayed connected all day long. Nice getting back in the saddle after about 3 weeks.

Trade desk called later in the day to review the process & find out if I was satisfied with the commission rate quoted.

These folks stay on top of things!

Can't say enough nice about them.

Looking forward to *LIVE* trading once the account is funded.

Hope everyone else is having a similar experience.

I'd like to add another positive review for Optimus.

I've just today completed the account opening process with Optimus. I'm not normally the kind of guy that writes reviews on anything but I felt compelled by my recent experience. Dealing with Matt and Jessica has been absolutely great. I sent Matt a few messages with questions through futures.io (formerly BMT), and no lie they were answered in minutes. Jessica has also been great. She's answered all my questions and helped me very promptly as well.

Does Optimus have the lowest commission or margin rates in the biz? No, probably not but that wasn't what I was looking for. I was looking for a broker that would actually care about my business and be there for me if I needed them. So far I can say Matt & Co. at Optimus have come through with flying colors. Bravo.

Matt,

I saw on the Zenfire no more thread that you stated that you are "deploying a continuum data feed for those who want Eurex". Will this be through Vision or will we need to move the account to a different FCM?

Vision, no need to move.
But, like I said, we are exploring it as it is available to us. No ETA, as I need to see execution, risk management and how to support customers through this. I am slow poke when it comes to this kind of deployment due to proper customer support.

These folks stay on top of things!

Can't say enough nice about them.

Looking forward to *LIVE* trading once the account is funded.

Hope everyone else is having a similar experience.

I really subscribe to that !

I received my account application approval / account no. yesterday.

Now I'm waiting for the transfer of my funds from Mirus / Dorman to be completed...

Thanks again to Matt and his whole team at Optimus for making this happen so smoothly, you did a fantastic job !

Hey is Optimus getting access to Eurex via Rithmic. Some other brokers are reporting they now have via Rithmic?

"The day I became a winning trader was the day it became boring. Daily losses no longer bother me and daily wins no longer excited me. Took years of pain and busting a few accounts before finally got my mind right. I survived the darkness within and now just chillax and let my black box do the work."

We are actually implementing it via Continuum.
So now we are setting us a test environment, then hook up to our database so customers
could receive demos, etc. Lastly, we will set up risk management center at Optimus for Continuum.

@liquidcci I have been working with Rithmic now for a long time, and as such have become familiar
with their environment. We continually making efforts to bring Eurex via Rithmic as well.
Once we do it, we do it right, as we did with CME/CBOT/NYMEX/ICE

On a side note, on of the more popular contracts on the Eurex is FDAX. It traded about $187K today, so even the CL trades more. My heart tells me to keep focusing on the liquid markets we already have build a good support for.
