Client must submit the online request form to opt-in to this offer. Offer expires on 1/31/2019. Free Market Data is limited to Non-Professional CME market data for new clients only. Accounts must be approved by the FCM and IB. Must Fund with a minimum $5,000. Our customer support, including Brokers and Tech Support, are always available at no cost, regardless of whether or not you have an account with us - available via phone, chat & email.
We also offer loads of educational resources, including some great videos & a selection of free e-books, as well as free demo accounts to practice trading.
We also have many clients who do not feel prepared to trade themselves; they have several options, including automated trading programs & managed futures programs.

Hi Greg, this raises interesting questions for me – do your brokers provide platform technical support? For example, a client doesn’t know how to setup his chart or tools or how to customize an indicator, etc… is that something that GFF would handle directly, or is that something the client would have to seek out help elsewhere for?
Hey Mike,
Our experienced technical support staff is all in-house. They are available to assist with everything from walking traders through downloading and setting up a demo account all the way to helping with indicator installation. We're able to remote access the traders computer if needed.
If a trader is using a third party indicators we're not familiar with, one of our experienced technicians can jump on a call with the vendor and assist the trader.
