Try Captrader - Its a introducer for interactive brokers from Germany.It's more expensive then IB ( for example flat rate for us futures is 3.50 $ per side ) but account is in Germany (or in UK) as I remember corectly.They also got much smaller requrements for account - no inactivity fee and account from 4 000 usd - not 10 000 like IB wants.

I'm still in contact with Carley from DeCarley, but I'm understanding that she can open a money account in London, but here company are in the US.

Berkeley Futures Limited are perfect, everything are in London, but expensive, 7.50 per side.

CapTrader, German placed company, account in London (that means that the account are double protected) and part of Interactive Brokers. Uses TWS as platform, so it can be connected with NT (I tested it in Demo). Commission 3.50 per side.

You are correct, DeCarley has the company in the US. My money account is in London.
