They told me they clear RCG, KCG and Cunningham as well when they contacted me to try and advertise on nexusfi.com (formerly BMT). That conversation was made public when Global Futures forwarded it to AMP, and then AMP included it as part of the documents and exhibits in their lawsuit against nexusfi.com (formerly BMT).

I'm sorry I keep editing this, I guess I'm just confused.
I assume they contacted you before the lawsuit to advertise and you turned them down and then they went and forwarded the conversation to amp after they found out about the lawsuit?
The reason I say that is because it doesn't make sense that they'd contact you after the lawsuit unless they were completely unaware considering they clear through amp.

Crap, just opened an account with them. Canceling now. I'm just gonna wait for Stage 5 to get Ninja. Thanks for the heads up.
I knew they cleared through AMP but I thought having a person between might provide better customer service, as Global has been very good over the phone. But I don't trust a business that can't keep good books.
