Unless you're leasing a seat, don't bother.

I reached out to them at some point, but based on their commissions response, I understood that they only serve institutional clients (those leasing/owning a seat). Otherwise, they quote commissions higher than any introducing broker like ironbeam would...

I use RJO.

I mainly trade intermarket spreads with this account and use RJO's WebOE platform($75/mo) to execute my trades. I personally don't like the platform for these spreads because you can't get quotes on the spread itself. So I actually have to look at the quotes for the individual legs and then do the math to see where the price of the spread is.

The platform uses Trading View for it's charts and it's a very vanilla and plain version(I personally do not like Trading View).

Maybe I just got unlucky but my assigned broker is very unresponsive to any questions or concerns.

Of course this is my experience and may not possibly be anyone else's, but you asked for some feedback and I thought I would oblige your request.

In my opinion you might be better served with another FCM depending on what your needs are. I myself am looking to switch away from RJO, but it is difficult to find a FCM that fits my particular spread needs.

Hope this helps, good luck!

I know this is a RJO thread but figured I’d chime in. I also do spreads and do about 95% exchange traded spreads. I went with Insignia futures to IB me into ironbeam. So far the customer service has been fantastic. Span margins on the spreads. I’m using CQG Desktop since I’m doing exchange listed and don’t need the auto spreader. Solid platform for $25 month. The mobile DOM / trader it comes with is the best I’ve used next to TTs mobile DOM. Been a great experience with Insignia. It’s honestly ironbeam but with the boutique customer service. $1.80 RT I was quoted for commissions but I’m paying a little less.
