Hi Arnie, we appreciate the question. I apologize that you haven't heard back from support as of yet. You're right that is a little strange for it to take this long. Which email did you use? I want to make sure you're getting the best customer service possible.
I'll have to check with our data support for you 1st thing Monday morning about the rollover contracts. Unfortunately I don't have the answer now.
