I must say I am never cool when I am confronted with bad customer support. ( Thats why I have a terrible life, being in Germany lol)
DTAG support continues to reply to me with "no known problems".
On my end the problems are unchanged : I monitor the connection to 80.156.161.46 nonstop since eurex open. I have 25% packet loss . Similar numbers yesterday.
PS..: I ordered & installed the backup connection you recommended - TY This is very good , but only for emergencies - not for my day by day trading
PPS.: I monitor the connection to 64.202.118.181 and in between 80.156.161.46 shows the problems.

I am not sure that we can correctly measure package loss with ping plotter. Some servers - this is true for the 7ticks.com server in Chicago - show as destination unreachable, which means that they simply do not return the pings.

they are set up not to respond to pings - a security measurement ( anti-ddos according to Ninja ). That is ok.
But the problem lies in between. This is shown by a trace.
Ninjatrader then is confused by the high delay times and-or by the package losses.
This morning I am routed via 80.157.128.230 to 7ticks.
No packet-loss so far - but this was always so in the morning.
The problems start usually around 19:00 - 20:00 CET

How do you know it is a Mirus issue and not your internet connection? Has this happened before? Do you have a ticket open with Mirus or a call into their support desk?
I think it might be a problem with the internet connection. I doubt that it is possible to use an AutoTrade system to trade the DAX from Mexico. If you wish to trade the FDAX you should go through a broker that has an access point in Europe not too far away from Eurex and then rent a VPS close to the access point.
If you are running strategies on range or Renko bars, it is likely that already the latency between EUREX and Mexico will lead to overfills, as the information on order execution is not available in a timely manner on your PC.
I am afraid that you are fighting tanks with an army knife.

Please feel free to come to Mirus Live Support to help identify the cause of your disconnections. This is likely due to a wireless internet connection, unstable internet connection, incorrect date/time/time zone setting on the PC, or anti-virus/firewall. Our Support team would be happy to help diagnose.

Fisrt, thank to all for the words. I read with attention all comments.
The night "specific" was maybe 4-5 weeks ago.
I put in auto trade at 11.30 PM central time.
I see again my pc at 6 AM.
I saw some trades and saw a big lossing trade.
I use the next time to analyze any trade.
I saw one small wining trade , and the system open a short trade.
Near to 4.13 AM
The trade was profitable for more than 45 m and later moving to high and was closed in red.
But there aren´t data in the chart for more than 35m.
First I think in my pc problem.
But all was ok.
Then i think in Internet, but i check all be ok.
I belive Market problem, becuase I try to reload all historical again for dax, but the bars still hide.
I delete all historical, delete all data base and reset all data.
Download all data again and for DAX (only) this bars still without data.
For this reason I cant think in Internet or Mexico problem.
The auto-trading was broken and not return until the data of bar return to my data and close the position.
I dont use wireless, I dont use proxy. I dont use antivirus or firewall in this PC for trading.
Anyway, Mexico (I know that) is not a big deal for trading.
But never I have this problem before.
I dont blame to Mirus/Zenfire, I have a great concept about they.
I know this guys from long time ago becuase I open or manage friend account from long time ago.
I never had problem. But I never use auto-trading, alone in the night before.
Anyway moving fordward and learn for the lesson.
I think auto-trading from your own PC and a retail Internet is very dangerous, unless being not so far and awake and check your screen every X minutes. In fact I don't think it's dangerous, but that it's crazy, but I don't want to look rude.
A colo or VPS solution is of course better and safer (but it has a cost), but you can already code something in Ninja which is monitoring what's going on (lost data feed connection for more than X seconds, unrealized loss greater than expected, ...), and send you an SMS.
This is something I already use myself, with Google Calendar API, and some of my customers are also using it, it works great, and it's free.
Of course, your cell phone have to make enough noise to wake you up .
