Hello,

At the moment I use IB, but looking for change broker to MB Trading or TD Ameritrade. I'am trading high volume and their Flat rate is very costly. Their Cost Plus is not good either as I need to trade over 20.000.000 shares per month to get good benefits from it...

Any one have experience with MB trading with their MBTR- Flat Rate. Good/Bad fill? Their commision is half comparing to TD Ameritrade, but comparing fill is there any difference between the two brokers?

Hello,

I just wanted to share my experience with MB Trading. I am in the process of opening an account with them, but need to clarify a few points. Which I have not yet received an answer to.

Regarding their platform support. According to Chris at MB Trading said they support the Ninjatrader 64-Bit version, but asked to verify with Brett at Ninjatrader (I got in touch with Cris, when they called me under the activation process of my account). Here is the reply from Ninjatrader, their customer support is excellent, normally you receive reply withing minutes.

--------------------------
XXXX,

This is the case unfortunately. When you try to connect to MBT in 64 bit mode with NinjaTrader you will get the following message:
Login failed: 'MBTrading' is not available in the 64-bit version of NinjaTrader. You must use the 32-bit version of NinjaTrader.
We have it on our developments list to look into adding this possibility in a future major version of NinjaTrader however this is still some time down the road and I do not have a release date.

-Brett

Sincerely,
Brett

Yesterday I tried to contact MB Trading to really see if they have a solution regarding this as they told me they had a client who was using the Ninjatrader 64-bit version with their platform...

I tried to contact them by following means;

1. Skype - added them and tried to call them without success.
2. Sent an Email more then 30hrs ago, no reply.
3. Called their Customer Service, no one was answering the telephone, tried two times during the day
4. I tried to contact them through their web chat, after 8minutes waiting, I was sent asked to send an email with my question, but as I have already done that I just closed the window.

That are 4 communications possibilities they are offering, and no one is answering their future customers...

Have anyone has the same experience with this broker?

(have sent the link to this post to their customer department with a recommendation of removing tools they offer for attending their customers if they do not use them).

If anyone can confirm what Brett is stating, please let me know.
