Has anyone else had issues with price data for infinity? i get
"connection to server could not be established"
I have took this up with Infinity but they say it is my ISP??? I have been using the same ISP for 4years, all the while Infinity was working fine, but over the last month i have been getting this message???
Can you help answer these questions from other members on futures io?
I get the same answer when I have connection problems with NT and Zenfire. I have tried all the suggestions the support department gave with no difference in results.
I wish I could give you a better answer, but at least you know you are not the only one.
I'm just a simple man trading a simple plan.
My daddy always said, "Every day above ground is a good day!"
i currently run AVG and have always used this software suit, but have gone to the hassle of un-installing the software and re-installing AT but nothings working.
I have had numerous emails with infinity and they are saying that it could be my ISP and how it packages the data
but i feel there feeding me a line.... a little bit baffled why it was working and now not???
not sure what's up but I have been having connection problems the past month or two also. sometimes it reconnects by itself, sometimes if fails and i have to shut down, restart and relog in. losing faith. Running an I-5, plenty of RAM, graphics card, and very little else on machine or running at same time. Sierra charts keeps up, but Infinity dom freezes. Even backed down my refresh rate per their suggestion. Freezing still happening.
I found what the issue was.... It was because of a windows upgrade :-/ Wasnt happy with the way Infinity handled it though.... they were as good as useless.
I would start with the windows upgrades and work ya way back
I am having the same problem that was stated in this thread. I updated my computer and InfinityAT trading platform would not connect. Can you explain how to fix this? I suppose I am not understanding what you did to solve this problem.
