depends how you trade:
IB - not very good data, avr commission
OEC - data better(will cause delays and disconnects at high usage timeframes like a start of US session) but the platform an absolute hog to work with. I am talking about charting here so if you want just place orders using their Trader then you can give it a go.
AMP - CQG feed and reasonable fees for retailers(below $4 RT including data feed). Not sure about your platform, CQG should be able to connect to their feed as it is CQG but you can use NT from them (free version with no fancy orders) or $50/month for a full version(OCO).
On all of them you can trade SPI, 3-10 years rates.
Good Luck
