Having used both feeds, I can comment: CQG data is more robust from my personal experience. That is, during fast markets it never seemed skipped a beat. While Zen-Fire is certainly fast most of the time, it hasn't bred the same confidence in me to consider it worthy of being considered a primary feed. Right now I am using CTS, which so far, seems to be on par with CQG. Zen-Fire is currently my emergency backup.

This is good to hear. One thing we want to comment on is we are going to be releasing support for the newest T4 API files with Sierra Chart in our next release coming out in a few days.

We are going to be supporting historical daily downloads directly from T4 rather than our own sources. This will give you consistent symbology and price formatting. We are going to be updating our Find Symbol window to support T4 symbols directly(this will take a little longer). And we are going to be using the T4 API new historical data functions for downloading historical data. This will resolve some issues we have seen with the older function which is now marked as obsolete.

And by the way...we just added 4 new exchanges for NinjaTrader/CQG

(ICE Europe, LIFFE, Syndey and Singapore)

See the Full list of Available Exchanges and DayTrade Margins: http://www.ampclearing.com/margins_req.html

I don't have micro gold in my instrument list so I used contact us on AMP site to ask for support yesterday. I haven't get any reply yet. I keep using contact us feature because it is right there but I don't recall getting any reply from contact us ever. Does anybody actually look at it?

I used this link https://www.ampfutures.com/contact.html

2 Things I need you to check:

1) What version of NinjaTrader is installed? Requires newest version of NT.
2) Open NinjaTrader...Tools..Options..Data..."Reset Instrument List"

If this does not add the Micro Gold, it can manually be added.

NinjaTrader installs with a predefined database of commonly traded instruments. There will be rare occasions where you may need to add a new instrument to the database.

Top Menu Bar of NinjaTrader...Tools...Select Instrument Manager

1. Press the New button which opens the Instrument Editor

2. Add instrument parameters including the symbol mapping for your connectivity provider(s)

Exchange: COMEX/Globex (COMEXG)
Contract Size: 10 oz
Months: G,J,M,Q,V,Z
Tick / $ Value: 0.10/$1.00

3. Please the Misc. Tab and map the CQG symbol to : MGC

4. Press the OK button

Margins for this contract: http://www.ampclearing.com/margins_req.html

Happy Trading!

Last week I tried a demo of NINJA CQG through AMP just to compare ZenFire and I have to admit that CQG performed very well in fast market conditions.
I cannot say the same about ZenFire that I have in another computer
I can testify that the first video showing CQG vs NinjaZen is returning exactly what has happended
Extreme lagging

they( Mirus) blame on my internet conecction... maybe it is, but sins i never had a prablom befor, including in the flash crash last year, i would have to think that ZF is not as good as it use to be in fast market..
