Interesting question as I've learned 32 bit Windows can only use just under 2 gigs of the 6 gigs of ram on my computer. I've searched and there doesn't appear to be any way to get around this other than switching to 64 bit. Nevertheless, most charts and indicators are more processor intensive especially when selecting "false" re the "calculate on bar close" option which I like.
So, I'm curious if anybody has seen a difference especially with this "false" re "bar close" option selected using 64 bit. A deductable means to see if it's more a processor issue than a ram issue. If only a processor issue than I'll stay 32 bit. THx for any feedback!
There is an unsupported (don't even think about asking for help) hack for Ninja 6.5 if you are constantly running out of memory due to the .NET memory limitations (Ninja crashes around 1.5GB of memory use).
The hack requires:

I am using Ninja 7.22 64bit/Zenfire with windows 7 64 bit. My machine has a quad processor and 8 gig of ram. I find launch time significantly shorter than with 7. 21 i.e I load a 6 chart, 4 DOM workspace and data in 1min and 15 or so secs. Have had no problems so far. I would rate 7.22 as the best NinjaTrader yet.
