I could not agree more that staff is everything, and their qualifications and maturity will reflect in their approach if there are snags. My point was more about the tedious process of paperwork that is required at times, and that is a source of frustration for many. My comments were also towards who share this frustrating sentiment.
I did not want to be overly aggressive towards you, but sadly I have seen members with very few posts, who think it’s cool to have their “entrance” as a criticism of a broker, vendor, or anyone for that matter. Yes, I know the rule of 10, been here since it was 1.
I wish you well with the broker you found, and hope to see you sticking around.
