It's been a while since I demo'd the AT Platform, but I remember that there was an issue bringing up the SC Dom on either the chart or by itself. I got around it by using a chart from my SC demo, that had it on there.

If you need one (of either kind - chart or stand-alone), I've attached a simple chart that should have one of each. I don't know if you can trade from it (I was able to use it with Sim during the demo), but at least you can (possibly) see how you like it, now. The symbol is a screwy CQG one so you'll have to adjust that :-)

(not pushing it, just helping out where I can - Lord knows I can't help anyone with TRADING, at this stage of my 'career' )

CQG has EP for ES. USA for ZB, GC is GCE, and CL is CLE.
Rithmic and CTS have it as per exchange.

Can someone please give the setting parameters for the same?
Thanks.

We all like what we like (I couldn't stand the way the AT DOM freezes when you hover, LOL).

I just wanted to mention that if you haven't been keeping up with the SC DOM additions, you might want to check them out. With the addition of what they call the Market Depth Pulling/Stacking columns (additions to and subtractions from the bids and offers), it's almost Jigsawesque

Anyway, hope that helps.

I'm assuming your asking about the columns for the DOM in Sierra Chart?

This is for version 1500 of Sierra Chart (I'm not sure exactly when some of the features were added, but I try to stay fairly current with the version).

You can get to the column specification screen (first attached pic) via either the Pull Down Menu (Trade->Customize TradeDOM Columns) or the Menu button on the Trade Window.
The colors are set, as the second pic shows, via the Pull Down menu (Global Settings->Graphics Settings - Global).

Is this what you meant?

In the following link (https://www.sierrachart.com/SupportBoard.php?ThreadID=23338) Sierra responds a question about the difference between the Sierra and Transact data feed and state that there is very little difference unless you need very accurate Bid/Ask Volume.

However, I am curious to know who provides the Infinity/Transact feed since there are relatively few providers.

And, add to that: what is the bandwidth requirement peak during high volatility periods, per active, followed instrument?

I have Sierra Chart (Free from Infinity Futures) running with their supplied data feed. I also have Ninja running with Rithmic data feed. I have begun to compare the footprint charts and I am surprised
at the large differences it the data.
See my attached side by side visual.
Infinity will not tell me who their data provider is because they must have a re-distrbution agreement. Based on the good reports on Rithmic I'm thinking I need to dump the Infinity data feed. Does anyone know who the data provider is for Infinity? Anyone else made this above comparison? Ive searched the threads but haven't found anything.
One comment on another thread says the new data from Sierra Charts is provided by Barchart, but Mike's comments from 2915 don't include a barchart data evaluation.
Thanks.

Hi, I have never done the comparison with Infinity, but I will do it soon. However I can tell you that I did a similar comparison between Rithmic and CTS. If you look at the ladder you will see substantial differences, in particular if you compare the stackin of bids and offers, they differ really a lot. I use SierraChart's DOM, that I customized to look like Jigsaw, the main differences are:
1) stacking of bid/offer: in CTS there are many more big orders, for instance in /ES you will see many big order stackin up in offer/bid side 300 or 200 lots, while in Rithmic you will see maximum some 100 lot orders.
2) Market order (inside columns in Jigsaw): it seems strange but in CTS you see many more orders that in Rithmic you just don't see, I cannot explain this honestly.

It seems as though in Rithmic everything is "scaled down", I guess orders are "grouped" differently.
A part from this, the FOOTPRINT chart is EXACTLY THE SAME, you will find not even a one digit discrepancy in the footprint, and this makes me really comfortable.
Also, the limit orders resting on the ladder are the same for both Rithmic and CTS, except that with Rithmic I can see the full ladder.

I cannot explain the difference in the footprint chart that you described, I know this post is old, so I hope now these differences do not exist anymores.
