Wishful thinking, business as usual here. I can still sign in (see screenshot) and get live data and they have a drill scheduled for later today too.

I am not a monthly subscriber, I only purchased their Price Ladder course in mid-May. I intend to subscribe and pay monthly after the course is over so I continue to have access to the drills which are very helpful. I did their scheduled breakout drill a little over an hour ago.

Brannigan Barrett ( twitter @ bjb_FutexLive ) who was a trading mentor at FutexLive, left and is working at a different prop firm now.

Math. A gateway drug to reality.

We were supposed to have a live drill this morning but no message even though signed into the live terminal.

I tried to email them last week to ask about July schedule, nothing and email bounced.

I think Futex is done. I also have to find a way to get at least a partial refund, I did not get all the training I needed, was supposed to get another month of drills since I signed up in mid-May.

I hope you do get a pro-rated refund.

Thanks Xplorer. I gave them a call, at least their number still works and left a message for them to call or email me back.

Second morning there was no drill when there was one scheduled. My calls are not being returned and when I call it always goes to voicemail. They are also no longer answering questions in live chat.

Very poor customer service.

You may want to start considering some sort of consumer action. It would be pretty straightforward if you were residing in the same country but, seeing as you hail from North America, you may want to check what kind of regulations, if any, you may avail yourself of. Perhaps some consumer assoctiations in Canada may be a good place to start.

Thanks, I am going to contact British consumer affairs first since Futex is in the UK, maybe they can offer me some advice.

I was hoping it did not have to come to this.
