Your broker resells the CME feed so it's the same thing.
It goes from CME feed -> broker/data provider -> you
As @Fat Tails mentioned, the broker (such as IB) can resell it as filtered or unfiltered, depending on how cheap they are.
IB (a broker) for example, sells filtered so it's bundled to save on data costs.
Kinetic or DTN (data provider) sell it unfiltered, these cost more but the data is better.
Pro and non-pro are the same thing, non-pro is just cheaper so it encourages more retails to come and play. CME charges pro's full fees because they can.
