I don't. I have had to send 4 emails before receiving a response. Not very impressed!

Our response times are generally measured in minutes during business hours, not hours. Can you PM me with the email address you used, what address you sent to and if you received an auto response, what is the ticket #?

I will have our team look into this immediately.

Based upon the question I had, the response time I felt was appropriate. I am sure this is a personal feeling, but I am happy with the response.

Yes we are. Because we process a lot of accounts, we have been working on logistical items such as CRM integration, optimizing the online application process, putting in place free ACH among other things. We have opened a few handfuls of accounts at this new FCM as part of a structured testing process. We expect to release official details soon.

Hi NT,

I was just checking out your new site (very nice) and noticed that Phillip Capital is now listed as a FCM option. Is this the new FCM you were referring to in the quote above, and if so, is everything good to go to sign up with them now?
