Tradingpro, Mirus had severe technical zenfire problems since last week of 2013 and had to offer alternative datafeed & frontend solutions to their clients. They got clearly overwhelmed about this and modifying thousands of clients technical trading setup. There's been a lot of delays. However, your money is not with Mirus per se, it's always been with their clearing partners, eg. Dorman or RCG. Call or send an email to your account rep asking to check things out for you. You'll find the reps on Mirus website, scroll all the way down and lower right corner click "Contact Us" and select the right department and your account rep.
