Rithmic do not offer Eurex, at least for known brokers/FCM, whatever they have on their web site.

I'm not sure what exactly you meant under "offer", but Rithmic does support Eurex (otherwise we wouldn't have had it on old Zenfire), so it's a question of whether particular FCM provides it or not, as kpab702 said. And that's what I'm trying to find out.

What Rithmic does NOT support is ICE Europe.

Fast forward to the future, be it a few months or years down the road.

I envision an entirely different business model for Mirus, they will certainly lose most of their customer base over this debacle, but they have a few things going for them. Big Tick/Zenfire, if/when it gets ironed out, will be one of the few options with server side bracket and OCO order capabilities.

They also have a fair amount of goodwill by the sounds of it, but people were left with a sudden outage and few options, many of them poor options at the moment and combined with the lack of communication are left with little choice but to leave.

Mirus will reinvent itself as a feed provider/trading engine, and slowly people will come back to that.

Just a guess but I can see this playing out

@Japhro

Jethrow,

server side OCO, is that like being co-located server fast?, what with them being in Chicago to begin with?, verses where-ever our client-server desktop is located, whether in Thialand, Hungary, Germany, Florida or Lagos?

hi
Yesterday I requested a refund from Mirus on my account, but still have not received any response

* If investing gets too difficult for a seventh grader to understand, the system is needlessly complex
* Markets produce an enormous volume of information, much of which is redundant
* In every game and con there's always an opponent, and there's always a victim. The trick is to know when you're the latter, so you can become the former

Datafeed is good on TF but they can not route the Order, so NT-Dome looks like
it works....but it doesn`t work for TF. In 2 Weeks or so it will......lol

My Question is: After Ninjatrader and Continuum/Mirus has Problems wit Eurex and
ICE, does it works with Mirus/Marketdelta/CQG????

Any Answer/Information would be great.

Same issue since this is not a technology issue, it has to do with having things set up through Dorman.

I have Continuum running this morning. I didn't get any data when I loaded this morning. Ninja suggested the instructions below. I now have data but no depth of market information (5 bid and ask prices on DOM). Still waiting for a reply for this. Instructions to receive data...

Rght click in the chart--> Reload all historical data
Otherwise reset your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Reset Instruments

If that is of no help, please contact your broker and have them confirm that your account is enabled to receive data for these instruments.

Lastly, you are on V7.0.1000.21, correct?

Steve

On the Depth of market issue, properties was set wrong.
Right clicking in the DOM--> Properties--> Show Market Deph and see if this is set to True

hi
Yesterday I requested a refund from Mirus on my account, but still have not received any response

I did in fact make a withdrawal from Mirus....(not closing the account, a simple withdrawal thru the usual online withdrawal request). It took an extra day to get the email from Treasury, but Mirus did respond.
I suspect that they are buried with requests. The handful of folks that process the usual amount of trader's removing funds (weekly profits or whatever) are getting hammered and can't keep up.
I know it is frustrating, but give it an extra day or so.
