I have been with AMP for years. This is what they are doing..
... upfront as it gets and commissions are negotiable ...

No, that's not what they are doing. Commissions are nowhere to be found on their website. I had to email them and the info they gave turned out to be wrong when I emailed second time for some extra detail (same person answered both). If it was on their website I wouldn't have to spend my time on this and wouldn't depend on the answering person to be knowledgeable enough to provide accurate info from the first go. There's nothing upfront about this.

Any help you need with Sierra Chart other than getting connected to a broker/trading service, should be directed to Sierra Chart support. We prefer that use our Support Board. You can find this under the Help menu.

In this AMP/TT/SC combo does the history backfill come from TT or SC?
Is TT filtered?

@Bogan

SC for historical

Ray from NT said in another post TT is unfiltered. So I assume if it is for NT it would be for SC as well.

That is not the All In rate. The rate you pay is $1.00 a trade higher than what they show.

AMP charges a $1.00 clearing fee per trade that other brokers like Optimus do not charge and that is NOT in their calculator.

Math. A gateway drug to reality.

Ninja is definitely not the loser.

On the contrary, they show you their great support.

Mirus is the real loser. Look at their customer care, it is a fail.

It only needs one week to ruin their good reputation.

I agree with you 100% : my comment included the words "to me", because the situation is such that I personally will stop using Ninja for the time being as I have no (free) data.

I only need very simple charting (TradeStation charting is excellent) + a good DOM for trade execution + low intraday futures margins - if Mirus sort themselves out, they may offer a solution that works for me without Ninja, who I have been with since v2, when it was "just" a front-end for IB. I don't want to open another account at the moment, because I already have TradeStation & Saxo (for longer term position trading).

Until this fiasco, Mirus - via Sean Reilly - provided exemplary support.

You sure about that? Can someone trading with Amp confirm that? According to the calculator I thought they charge 1,66 per side for the YM with SC/AMPttnet setup?

Check out this posting in another thread (from March 2013). AMP Statement shows 1$ clearing fee.
