Zenfire-Mirus will not support Sierra charts anymore.

(and as it seems independently - Rithmic will also stop Sierra support)

I am so sad, since Sierra+Zenfire was the best combination for me.

Rithmic seems also dead:

As far as Rithmic and Sierra Chart goes, if Rithmic does not want to continue to have Sierra Chart users, we will offer them to use the Sierra Chart market data feed instead of the Rithmic one in order to reduce bandwidth expenses. At this point, everything is OK. We just want to make sure there is not going to be a future problem by making sure that people who are using Rithmic are actually trading.

Rithmic is still supported by Sierra Chart. There should not be any concern about the connectivity to Rithmic.

There is a loss of connectivity to Zen-Fire due to the changes being made on the Zen-Fire backend which Sierra Chart is not compatible with.

Anyone want to comment on alternative data to use with Mirus, or alternative brokers to use with Sierra Charts? I saw the list on the Sierra website, but curious if anyone has any real experiences to share.

Since installing NT7.18 a couple of days ago I find my Mirus-Zenfire is disconnecting frequently including today (30 December).

I use a Chicago-based server to run NT7 and prior to the 7.18 upgrade I can't recall this happening before.

Is this just me or are others experiencing this?

same with me--disconnects and I have to restart ninja to get it working. 4 or 5 times in the past 3 hours

same here, also I missing data and now all my indicators are off. I have tried downloading and reloading my charts but no luck. Looks like a good day to play golf.

Im not having any chart issues--right now connected--maybe thats why we are getting server side orders now
