Im in contact with them but to no avail, so far. I have never found that calling them was any more successful than emailing. YMMV.

Brian @ CTS has always been very responsive for me. I will send you a PM with his email address.

The market history window will show the difference between hitting vs taking but we do not total the info. I can ask if that is possible.

Brian

Thanks, Brian. I do keep a market history window up, right next to my DOM so I can see more than what just traded, though at the speed at which market orders hit it only lets me see the past second or two most of the time (in ES, that is, with all the HFT's). The underlying theme is basically to see all market orders that have hit a given price, not just what's been going on in the last few seconds, in whatever way that may be accomplished. This would cut through a lot of the noise and spoofing games played on the DOM as well...

By the way, any eta on the next T4 version's release?

I appreciate it Mike. Maybe I will start reaching out to him directly. I dealt with a lot of different guys over there regarding this issue.

The fact a problem arises when they update the software on their end is totally understandable. An entire exchange being virtually un-tradable for over two weeks perplexes and worries me.

They must not have gotten many complaints about ICE, which further cements my opinion most of their customers are Chicago located ex-CME guys.

If you do not login during a calender month then there is no charge. If you login one time during the calender month the $25 applies.

Thanks Brian

@CTS1

Hi Brian, can I check with you if CTS T4 FIX datafeed is still in beta?

That means that if I wish to start a Combine with TopstepTrader and use Sierra Chart, can I use SC's latest version (v1077)? Or do I still have to use SC v997?

Hope to hear you soon on this..

Hi guys,

Can somebody please provide me with CTS data (for intraday chart, CL July) with one month data, so I can patch my intraday data file? Since two days I use Sierra Chart with CTS and I have only data for these two days. It did not download more... whatever I tried... I'm thinking this has something to do with the data feed problems experienced on 6/10.

Or is there another solution, Brian @CTS1?

Thanks!

The only way to get our historical daat is through the API. Here is a link to get you started. T4 API 4.0 - CTS Wiki
