Judging from the other threads, it seems that many here have a positive experience with Optimus, especially with regard to their customer support. I was actually quite keen on them too, given all the glowing reviews I've read so far.

So it was quite a bit of a surprise when I wrote an email to both Vision and Optimus requesting for more information, and only Vision bothered to reply. I have not heard anytime back from Optimus over the past 2-3 days despite sending a follow-up email, while Vision has been in constant contact since.

Not quite sure why my experience differed so drastically from others, but it is what it is. I'll definitely be going with Vision.

At the very least, because my reputation is import to me on futures.io (formerly BMT)....Could you please acknowledge that you did receive answers from Optimus.

I tried 3 times to get a demo to Ninja trader from Optimus, no one answered
strange ...

I am not sure what you mean by "no one answered"
We have an automated process where you get it automatically upon filling out the NinjaTader form.
We do have spam filters in place against bogus emails, names and phones.
As a side note, filling out the form 3 times again and again does not expedite the process.

Please PM me with the email you used, and I will check as for the reason.

If I had to choose only one thing that set Optimus and Matt apart from other brokers I've dealt with it would be responsiveness, and not the lack of.

He's returned calls and emails well after midnight his time (ET), 9 PM for me. I've never been so impressed. When I had questions about the data feed, he pulled-in a contact from that provider into our email discussion, and we had resolution.

I felt compelled to interject here as my experiences, and I believe most, is one complete appreciation for the level of support provided.

been dealing with problem with and do not get replys to my e-mails
been good in past, don't know what problem is unable to trade as don't trust platform till i get results of problem.
been in touch since early yesterday and problem not resolved and will not return calls.
been trading since 1999 and have never had broker problem like this.

I replied to all your emails yesterday, and I am trying to call you back now and your phone does not go through.
Further, I have received an email from you that you spoke to our trade desk and all has been resolved.
I am still trying to call you back and no one answers...the line cuts off periodically.

This guy has an issue UNRELATED to me at all. This is a platform functionality and I tried to explain that.
I am trying to call him back now and it does not go through.
If his platform is on the same internet connectivity then he would have many issues.

Sorry @Big Mike not trying to stir up trouble. Intent was not to start a flame war. Look like a troll to me but you are right I jumped to conclusions. Will go back to my cave.

I appreciate your help on this @liquidcci although not a troll..I cant work harder than I already am.
I try to help and call back but at times people cling to issues that is really nothing to do with me.
