"connection to server could not be established"
I have took this up with Infinity but they say it is my ISP??? I have been using the same ISP for 4years, all the while Infinity was working fine, but over the last month i have been getting this message???
Are you running any kind of Anti-virus protection suite or software that includes a firewall?

Need help? 1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first. 2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses. 3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make. 4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance. 5) Where to start as a trader? i currently run AVG and have always used this software suit, but have gone to the hassle of un-installing the software and re-installing AT but nothings working.
I have had numerous emails with infinity and they are saying that it could be my ISP and how it packages the data
but i feel there feeding me a line.... a little bit baffled why it was working and now not???
not sure what's up but I have been having connection problems the past month or two also. sometimes it reconnects by itself, sometimes if fails and i have to shut down, restart and relog in. losing faith. Running an I-5, plenty of RAM, graphics card, and very little else on machine or running at same time. Sierra charts keeps up, but Infinity dom freezes. Even backed down my refresh rate per their suggestion. Freezing still happening.
