I deleted the other workspaces and indeed the problem has been resolved!!!

I do indeed have a workspace with a market analyzer which contains all 500 S&P stocks. It seems unlikely to be the cause but it's worth checking out.

OK, looks like it is like I guessed in post#7
I would say that this is very likely the problem, as your market analyser needs more data than you have the right to use. See post #4.
Go to workspace, make the workspace with analyzer active and close it. Close every workspace except that one with your two charts. And it will work like a Swiss watch.
