Anybody having problems w/ AMP/CQG loss off connection

OK Dad, maybe you are right. Now instead of disconnectinjg every 30 minutes, it quits every 60 minutes. Who da' man, who da' man. I guess you are. BTW, just kidding w/ the dad thing

I have the same issue with AMP but with ZenFire! Lots of disconnects over the last two weeks, reconnects immediately however my dome and orders may take 30 seconds to come back online. Could it just be AMP?

well with my discons on the demo of AMP/CQG it goes off and quickly comes back on.. the lady voice you hear when it happens doesnt even get a chance to finish before she is cut off by the connecting sound..

That lady you hear.......that's my sister! Same thing here, cuts off and then right back on within like a second, but if the connection drops so does any type of strategy. My concern is it dropping and then not coming back.

Is it disconnecting on a regular basis? Say every 30 minutites like mine, or is it sporadic? And did you call and let them know?

Just had a disconnect as of 10:41:57 EST, and reconnects 1 second later, as has been happening much of the day (hourly since 4pm EST) and then every 30 min during the CME trading session, at xx:23 and xx:53.

I think it's blowing me out every 60 minutes after my log in time which is 7:52:01 MST for my last log in. I will be seeting my watch by this one, it should dissconect in the next few minutes if it is going to. Sure enough, it just did it.

CQG has confirmed the issue (automatic disconnect/reconnect) should now be resolved.

They have not given me an explanation on what triggered this action, but it did start after I requested testing on the auto-reconnect feature. Once explanation is received I will post.
